Repairs – We repair telephone headset equipment by
Smith Corona, Comfort Aries, Plantronics*, GN Netcom*, ACS,
Unex and other brands. All units are bench tested and
quality control inspected.
Included are all new accessories and up to a 6 month
warranty. Cost per half is $24.95!. Quantity discounts are
available. 24 to 48 hour in-house turnaround is available.
This "Expedited Service" is available for an additional fee
of $3.00 per headset top or base plus the overnight shipping
charges. To agree to this service, download our repair form,
sign the bottom agreeing to this service and include it in
your shipment.

new that is under their factory warranty should be sent
directly to them during their warranty period.
BER Repairs - BER (Beyond Economical Repair) means
that it would cost more to repair the unit than it's value,
or parts are not available for repair. If a customer chooses
not to, trade up or trade in, the equipment, it will be
returned with a letter indicating the unit is BER.
